On May 29, Pou Chen, the world’s leading footwear manufacturer, completed its board re-election. Chairman Tsan Lu-Ming and CEO Tsai Pei-Chun were successfully reappointed.

寶成啟動逾2億美元建廠投資案

展望今年營運，寶成盡管對未來保持樂觀，但也坦言短期間面對多變環(huán)境而需謹(jǐn)慎；面對關(guān)稅戰(zhàn)等沖擊，寶成強調(diào)集團將持續(xù)強化印尼、越南及中國等多元生產(chǎn)據(jù)點，靈活調(diào)整產(chǎn)能配置。

Looking ahead, Pou Chen remains optimistic about the future, but acknowledges the need for caution amid a volatile short-term environment. In response to tariff conflicts and other challenges, the company will continue to strengthen its diversified production bases in Indonesia, Vietnam, and  China, and flexibly adjust capacity allocations.

6月6日，寶成召開會議表示，強調(diào)對于運動相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)長期發(fā)展保持信心，將繼續(xù)靈活調(diào)整產(chǎn)能配置且多元化布局，以平衡訂單需求、生產(chǎn)排程與勞動力供應(yīng)，同時推進(jìn)中長期產(chǎn)能擴充計劃，確保長期穩(wěn)健的成長動能。

At a meeting held on June 6, Pou Chen reaffirmed its confidence in the long-term growth of the sportswear-related industry. The company will continue to flexibly manage production capacity and diversify its layout to balance order demand, production schedules, and labor supply, while also pushing forward mid- to long-term capacity expansion plans to ensure sustainable growth momentum.

寶成日前已宣布啟動近年來規(guī)模最大的建廠投資計劃，2月中代印度子公司High Glory Footwear公告，以租地委建興建廠房，第一期廠投資達(dá)2.064億美元（約人民幣14.83億元），預(yù)計今年動工。

Recently, Pou Chen announced its largest plant investment in years. In February, its Indian subsidiary High Glory Footwear disclosed plans to construct a factory through a lease-and-build model. The first-phase investment totals USD 206.4 million, with construction expected to begin this year.

對于法人關(guān)注美國對等關(guān)稅政策與匯率升值的影響，寶成表示，目前接單狀況一切正常，跟品牌客戶也保持密切聯(lián)系與溝通，并且持續(xù)關(guān)注關(guān)稅議題后續(xù)的變化。

In response to investor concerns about U.S. reciprocal tariff policies and currency appreciation, Pou Chen stated that current order intake is stable, and the company maintains close communication with brand clients while closely monitoring ongoing developments regarding tariffs.

業(yè)績表現(xiàn)穩(wěn)健

盈利大幅提升

2024年寶成合并營收2,638億元，同比增長7%，受益于鞋類制造訂單顯著回升。合并營業(yè)利益159.54億元，同比大增56.2%，營業(yè)利益率達(dá)6.1%。稅后純益160.36億元，年增50.9%，每股稅后純益（EPS）為5.44元，股東會通過配息1.7元。

In 2024, Pou Chen reported consolidated revenue of NT$263.8 billion, up 7% year-on-year, driven by a strong recovery in footwear manufacturing orders. Operating profit surged by 56.2% to NT$15.954 billion, with an operating margin of 6.1%. Net income after tax rose by 50.9% to NT$16.036 billion, with earnings per share (EPS) of NT$5.44. A dividend of NT$1.7 per share was approved at the shareholders’ meeting.

今年1至5月累計營收1,102億元，同比增長2.4%，但5月單月營收216.65億元，同比減少6.8%。

For the period of January to May 2024, cumulative revenue reached NT$110.2 billion, up 2.4% year-on-year, while May’s single-month revenue declined 6.8% to NT$21.665 billion.

子公司表現(xiàn)分化

鞋類制造穩(wěn)中有升

重要子公司裕元工業(yè)5月營收7.11億美元，同比微降0.8%，但制鞋業(yè)務(wù)當(dāng)月增長0.5%；1至5月累計營收34.01億美元，同比增長0.9%，制鞋業(yè)務(wù)累計增長5.6%。

Key subsidiary Yue Yuen Industrial reported May revenue of USD 711 million, a slight decline of 0.8% year-on-year, while its footwear business grew by 0.5% during the month. From January to May, total revenue reached USD 3.401 billion, up 0.9% year-on-year, with footwear segment revenue rising 5.6%.

另一子公司寶勝國際5月營收14.97億元人民幣，同比下降3.3%，環(huán)比增長9%；前5個月累計營收79.78億元人民幣，同比下降6.9%，反映市場需求持續(xù)波動。

Another subsidiary, Pou Sheng International, posted May revenue of RMB 1.497 billion, down 3.3% year-on-year but up 9% compared to the previous month. For the first five months of the year, cumulative revenue was RMB 7.978 billion, down 6.9% year-on-year, indicating continued volatility in market demand.
